Inspired, colorful, vibrant and delicious. There are so many words to describe Café Mosaic, but none of them include boring or stale. What you will discover is a uniquely designed dining space that is as inviting as the menu. Hi, I’m Mike Pezzillo, Owner and Chef, and my wife Kristen and I welcome you and your family to our restaurant.

We’ve worked hard to create a menu that could best be described as eclectic American. From all original appetizers like spice roasted pears with locally made shellbark hollow farms goat cheese (baby greens, pepitos, and sesame-lemon vinaigrette) to our fresh exotic fish and local farm fresh vegetables, I am confident you’ll find something new to call your favorite, just as the critics have!
